If we move forward, we will perform audits of your website (if applicable) as well as your online presence (social media, directories, etc.) and will include our findings in your proposal.

Our team will send you a detailed proposal within five business days of the consultation via email, and schedule a follow-up meeting to review the proposal together.

We’ll send you a detailed proposal with our audit findings, a scope of work, and an itemized list of services and associated pricing. We will review the proposal together, get your feedback, adjust as needed, and have you electronically sign the final agreement. If the project is more than $2000, 20% of the project cost will be due upon signing as a down payment, and the remainder will be due as part of the completion/project wrap-up step.

With the scope of work identified in the agreement, we lay out a plan with a timeline that is suitable for all parties involved, including identifying the day of the week that we will provide our promised weekly check-in. We also start the process of design, whether that’s creating a website design from scratch, or updating an existing template or theme. Custom designs start out with a wireframe and evolve into full color designs, and you will have 2 rounds of edits to provide feedback to dial in your vision.

Once your website is complete, we’ll conduct a thorough quality control check, confirm the site is SEO optimized (if this was part of your package), perform a final site walk-through with you to ensure everything is just right, answer your questions, and launch! At this time we’ll provide your final project invoice.
